1. Scope
These Terms govern the operation of Vectryn Pipeline by its operator. The application is operated exclusively for private / own purposes of the operator (publishing to the operator's own social-media channels).
2. No Third-Party Use
The application is not available for use by third parties. No services are offered to third-party users. Registration or sign-in by third parties is not possible.
3. Content
Content generated by the pipeline is manually approved by the operator before publishing ("Review Stage"). The operator is solely responsible for all content.
4. No Warranty
No warranty is given regarding availability, functionality, accuracy, or completeness of the application or the content it generates. The operator is liable only for their own actions in accordance with applicable German law.
5. Changes
The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the application at any time.
6. Governing Law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the operator's place of residence, as permitted by law.
