Privacy Policy

1. Purpose of the Application

Vectryn Pipeline is a privately-operated software for the automated creation and publishing of training content to the operator's own social-media accounts on Instagram and TikTok. The application is not used by third parties and does not collect personal data from end users.

2. Data Processed

Only the following are processed:

• The operator's OAuth access tokens for the operator's own social-media accounts
• Content created or curated by the operator (training texts, stock images, hashtags)
• Anonymous aggregated performance data (views, likes) for content published by the operator

No data is processed from other persons, commenters, followers, or any other social-media platform users.

3. Storage

All tokens and content are stored encrypted (chmod 600) on a private server owned by the operator, located in Germany. The database is not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to the operator via SSH key authentication.

4. Third-Party Services

The following external APIs are called for content processing:

• Anthropic Claude API – script and quality generation
• Pexels API – license-free stock visuals
• Meta Graph API – Instagram carousel publishing
• TikTok Content Posting API – TikTok photo-post publishing

No third-party personal data is transmitted to any of these services.

5. Legal Basis

Processing of the operator's own token material and content: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the operator in publishing their own content).

6. Retention

OAuth tokens are stored for as long as the application is in use, and immediately deleted upon revocation or account closure.

7. Rights and Contact
